Also, who is the studio eyeing to direct and star in the movie?

According to Variety, screenwriter David Koepp is set to pen the script for Bride of Frankenstein. He previously worked with Universal on the first two Jurassic Park movies. Since then, he has worked on many franchises, including Spider-ManMission: Impossible and Indiana Jones.

Recent rumors have suggested that Angelina Jolie was being sought after to direct and star in Bride of Frankenstein. Variety confirms that the studio is considering her, but she will not decide whether or not to take the job until she reads the script.
